IN ALL CASES, EAST COAST WINGS'S TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY AND ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF: (A) THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO EAST COAST WINGS IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100.00).

The foregoing limitations reflect a fair allocation of risk and are an essential basis of the bargain between you and East Coast Wings. East Coast Wings would not enter into these Terms without such limitations.
